The Client

Park Proxi offers a modern hotel experience, where functional design meets adaptable usage and modern technology to create purpose-built spaces for people on the go. We are on a mission to become the heartbeat of every neighbourhood we join, finding ways to connect with, support and promote local businesses and residents, as well as taking care of our guests.

The Brief

The COG Branding brief from Park Proxi was to initially formalise the new brand via create a brand guidelines document that can assist all brand stakeholders to manage the new brand. Phase Two would be to deliver a comprehensive social media strategy to reach the appropriate audience for this new hotel and brand in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales. Phase Three is roll out the strategy month to month, managing community sentiment and optimising paid performance Facebook and Instagram campaigning. Supporting the paid marketing initiatives is to provide a comprehensive data set and analytics snapshot. 

The Solution

COG Branding delivered a comprehensive brand management solution, distributed internally company-wide for all Park Proxi brand and marketing stakeholders. With Phase Two projects that included account set up and channel optimisation, Phase Three Performance Marketing (the fun bit) was launched effectively with seasonal hotel performance beating the established KPI’s and benchmarks.    

The Results

The hotel operating at maximum capacity and increasing it’s online community by tenfold. Park Proxi Gibraltar has successfully taken up its residence in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales  as a key weekend getaway for wine tasters and a key accomodation solution for the trophy wedding location.
